WHATS INCLUDED IN A SERVICE?

Every service is thorough and done with care, but what sets MaxCleanMachines apart is how deep we go.

We don’t just clean what’s visible.
We dismantle machines properly to access the internal components most people never touch.

  • Internal fan housings cleaned out fully
  • Drive systems accessed and inspected
  • Chains, belts and moving parts serviced correctly
  • Machines recalibrated to factory standard
  • Wear identified early, before it becomes failure

Most services are surface-level.
Ours is internal, preventative, and performance-driven.

When we service a machine, it’s taken back to how it should feel: smooth, consistent, and reliable under load.

Why service your concept 2 machines?

Just like you ensure your car receives regular maintenance every 6 months or after 10,000 km, the same principle applies to Concept 2 machines. Regular Concept 2 maintenance is essential, with recommendations suggesting a service every 250 hours of use or every 3-4 months.

Concept 2 machines are equipped with a flywheel that features damper settings, which control the airflow into the flywheel. Over time, dust and grime can accumulate on the flywheel and its cover, impacting how air flows in and out. This buildup can hinder the machine's performance at various damper settings and may lead to inaccurate data. Therefore, utilizing professional machine cleaning services can help maintain optimal performance and accuracy.
